This is an entry level data management and operations position to support the New York based wholesale team.


  • Manage timely and accurate order entry for all wholesale accounts across multiple systems

  • Oversee all data Management & Reconciliation for wholesale accounts:

    • Track PO’s and invoices

    • Track inventory status on order vs allocated & shipped

    • Manage master pricing file for accounts

    • Perform line sheet maintenance by account: Edit, updates, pricing, and changes specific to accounts

    • Manage data inputs for weekly selling reports from accounts

    • Maintain accurate history of all changes daily

  • In season Management:

    • Manages front end systems for wholesale accounts and order fulfillment for North America

    • Provide SAP support for EU accounts

    • Manage account communications for order confirmations, reconciliations, line changes, and order issues including mis-ships, overages, shortages, defects

    • Prepare all account collateral for market and in season needs

    • Provide full market coordination support including but not limited to: support during appointments with accounts, drive scheduling with accounts and models, market expense management, and showroom maintenance

    • Reconcile weekly shifts to costs, purchase orders, and buy sheets

  • Manage communications with supply chain, customer service and allocation teams and provide account specific data requirements

  • Support team with ad hoc projects




  • Assist wholesale manager with weekly selling analysis

  • Reconcile receipt shifts weekly to ensure accounts buy to financial targets

  • Begin to develop quantitative and qualitative understanding of business performance and nuances across wholesale accounts

  • Market expense management
