Purpose and Scope:  To ensure a consistently memorable customer shopping experience by providing the highest level of service to guests, and support the sales team as well as other back of house partners.


Responsibilities:

           Acknowledge and greet all clients with utmost courtesy and urgency

           Promote awareness and increase usage of special services available for customers.

           Responsible for creating an “ultimate experience” for every guest by providing whatever-it-takes customer service and supporting front and back of house functions.

           Oversee beverage and snack services, maintain inventory levels, and continue to seek efficiencies in ordering.

          Partner with corporate Marketing and Public Relations departments regarding needs for in-store functions and events (door coverage, uniform needs, etc.). Provide support during in-store events.

           Partner with Concierge to build and maintain the concierge book, and identify external resources in the area and build/curate relationships with newest and most desirable hotels, restaurants, private clubs and organizations in the area.

           Serve as information liaison to the Store Management Team and support Concierge as ‘host of the store’ for clients.


Job Requirements:

           Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury retail market.

           Strong written and oral communication skills

           Ability to work well under the pressure of multiple tasks and deadlines.

           Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, customers, and co-workers.

           Knowledge and understanding of luxury apparel and accessories markets.

           Possess an active client book, which demonstrates proven results
